Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments and Cancellations

 

 

Therapy sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

 

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be billed for the full session fee, as that time cannot be offered to another client.

  • This policy applies to all appointment types, including in-person and telehealth sessions.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

 

Payments for therapy sessions are non-refundable.

Once a session has begun or a charge has been processed, refunds will not be issued.

 

 

Emergencies and Exceptions

 

 

I understand that emergencies sometimes occur. If an unavoidable situation arises (such as illness, accident, or family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options. Exceptions to the cancellation fee are made at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
